My husband Blair Seward and I purchased a Highfield CL310 dinghy, motor and trailer from Vince at CO2 Inflatables in Oakville this spring. The entire buying process exceeded our expectations.

My husband often says that "you truly don't know if your buying decision was correct until something goes wrong"!! Well on our first time using the motor it failed!! It was tested and trialed before and at pickup and ran perfectly. On the long weekend it did not.

Vince and Scott (Service) tried to get us up and going on the weekend by phone, attempted to get a local company to repair it and when all failed made arrangements to replace it early in the new week.

In short things go wrong... its then how is it handled. We could have been told to bring it in for warranty repair but instead a new one was delivered, installed and tested.

Blair and I would rate CO2 with 10 stars if it was an option. Thank you again Vince & Scott!!

I would give 10 stars if I could what a great experience...I purchased a Highfield tender and outboard. I was concerned it would be underpowered but Vince and I talked about it and agreed it should be fine....It turned out it was not enough (note to people bigger is better) and without missing a beat he let me exchange and upgrade without any of the eyerolling and "well sir that is what you ordered" that I was waiting for and expected to be honest.....I tend to make quick decisions and then change my mind....So when I ordered a second smaller outboard for a friend that was a good deal I thought that it would be cut and dry and no hassles for them....but after Vince brought in the engine you know what i did I changed my mind again because (see note bigger is better) I realized there was a bigger engine now on sale that would work better....You know what I asked and you know what I got and you know I am a very very very happy customer....note also all the staff are friendly and helpful too. My boating needs have changed over the years, and as such, Ive had the pleasure of dealing with C02 Inflatables for three boat purchases. Theyve been great to deal with on the up front purchase and boat configuration and customization, and their after sales service has been fantastic.

My wife and I had the new Zodiac out into the St. Lawrence Seaway on the American side yesterday afternoon. Our cottage is on the Canadian side just north of this spot and west of Cornwall. However, we need to use a boat to see any ships as our view is blocked by all the islands.Thats the Eisenhower lock in the background about to accept a ship. Youll notice the depth gauge reads 37 feet Seaway is dredged to minimum of 30. This Zodiac/Yamaha combo is so smooth we really like it.

I want to thank you guys for an excellent job on the Zodiac. Cam did a really good job with the vessel and looking at the wiring inside the console only confirmed that. Nice and neat. We do appreciate everything you guys did including the little things that make the overall appearance and functions as professional and practical as expected. I spoke with Vince earlier today and thanked him again. Simply put the boat is probably one of the best boats Ive ever owned! I have no regrets it is simply amazing. It is the Bentley of boats. and anyone whos seen it so far comments very positively about its appearance. I simply cant say enough about the NZO.

We are closing the boat and are very busy but we wanted to take the time to give a testimonial on your website. We were shopping around in Midland for a new 9-10 foot dingy, 9.9 4 stroke motor and a trailer.The most knowledgeable person was Tim from CO2 Inflatables. He was all by himself as the boss was at a convention. He was courteous, kind, had a sense of humour, quick and thorough.He educated us on dinghies and helped us pick out the right one for our needs. He answered all my many questions and had everything hooked up and ready for us when we came back the next day, with the plate for the trailer.He went over the care for the dinghy, how to work the motor and the ins and outs of the trailer.
